How to Cook Lasagna Noodles
In a 3/4 fill pot of water add salt, and olive oil. Once water is boiling add noodles. Stir continuously so pasta does not stick. Cook for 5 minutes or until soft. Remove Noodles. Add olive oil to cooked pasta to prevent them from sticking together.
Plant Based Lasagna Filling
2 lbs plant based protein
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
¼ finely chopped red onion
¼ finely chopped white onion
½ finely chopped green bell pepper
1 large jalapeño pepper sliced into big pieces

Seasonings
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Toni’s seasoning
1teaspoon garlic powder
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon thyme
Simmer for 15 minutes on medium high heat.
Remove jalapeño chunks.
Sauce
Sautee the following in 1 teaspoon olive oil:
3 teaspoons sun dried tomatos
¼ finely chopped red onion
¼ finely chopped white onion
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 ½ teaspoons Toni’s seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon oregano
1 tablepoon finely chopped garlic
3 teaspoons suger
2 9oz jars of your favorite pasta sauce
2-3 italian plant based sausages minced (from target)
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Sauce continued
add 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced into fours)
¼ cup finely chopped basil leaves
Simmer for 5 minutes
Add ½ cup of the tomato sauce (you just made) and of 1 cup of vegtable broth into the meat mixture.
How to layer Lasagna
Combine the following cheeses before you start to layer:
½ cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 ½ cup Italian five cheese
Add a light amount of olive oil to the bottom of your glass oven pan then add a ½ cup of your sauce followed by pasta, meat, cheese, sauce, noodles, broccoli, cheese, sauce, noodles, spinach, mushrooms, cheese, noodles, sauce. Add a final layer of cheese to the top. Cut lasgna into squares using a bread knife. In a measuring cup or small bowl add ½ a cup of vegtable broth on the top layer over the cheese and in between the lasagna pieces. Cook for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
Caesar Dressing
How to make Anchovy Paste:
2 2oz cans of anchovies (1 drained and the other with olive oil)
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Toni’s seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Combine in a blender.
Cesar Dressing Continued
In a separate bowl combine:
1 cup mayo
½ lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
Combine.
